How your information is handled.
We collect the minimum information necessary to respond to your enquiry and to deliver the instruction you give us — and we never disclose it to third parties.
1. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our consultation form, we collect the details you provide: your name, firm, email address, telephone number, the jurisdiction you nominate, the subject of the enquiry and any supporting notes you choose to include.
We do not collect information through advertising, tracking or analytics profiling. We make no automated decisions and conduct no subject contact.
2. How we use it
Information submitted is used solely to assess and respond to your enquiry and, where an instruction follows, to deliver the commissioned work product to you. Reply correspondence travels directly to and from the email address you provide.
3. Confidentiality and storage
All matters are conducted under strict professional confidentiality and non-disclosure protocols. Case materials are held on secure private systems with access restricted to the personnel assigned to your matter, and are never disclosed to third parties.
Submissions are transmitted to our confidential intake inbox over encrypted connections. Password-protected briefs or your office's own standard secure transfer protocol are accommodated upon request.
4. Retention
Enquiry details are retained only for as long as necessary to address your enquiry and any subsequent instruction. Where no instruction follows, correspondence is disposed of within a reasonable period. Materials relating to completed matters are retained and destroyed in line with the confidentiality provisions of the engagement.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation of what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete enquiry correspondence that did not become an instruction. Requests are handled promptly through our confidential intake address.
6. No sale, no sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. We do not disclose client or enquiry information except where required by law or by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Changes to this notice
If this notice is updated, the revised version will be published on this page. The notice in force at the time of your enquiry governs how your information is handled.
